2. Agree scope and access
Before kickoff, agree the processes and systems in scope, who should be involved and what information can be reviewed.
3. Receive the roadmap
The audit is delivered over two weeks from the agreed kickoff, once the required access and inputs are available. You receive the report and executive readout.
