We stay deliberately small. Every person here owns outcomes end to end, works directly with clients, and ships to production.
We run on our own agents
Agents handle the repetitive work so people can focus on judgment, architecture, and client relationships. You will work alongside the same agents we build and operate for clients.
Production over pilots
We measure ourselves on systems running in production, not decks delivered. If that is how you like to work, you will fit in.
